Session 18 (Vanedir)

The gang breaks into Mahala's room in response to her call to help, to see her disappear with the stranger, seemingly calm.

We see a middle-aged halfling, in fine clothing, with a leather cloak, white shirt, sleeveless jacket

He knocks on the door to Mahala's room, asking what's happened.

The proprietor runs down, asking what's happened

He heads back to sleep with his wife

B'Rock tosses a bed through the wall, then hides in some bedsheets

Proprietor comes running again

Can't find him

The halfling is angry, demands a refund

Durnivir beats him into his room, sleepwalking, sees things, leaves

Goes downstairs and drinks the entire tavern out of ale

The Proprietor comes down the next morning, sees Durnivir, writes down the tab, sends a crow to Gralys.

B'Rock comes down, is immediately captured by the Proprietor and interrogated about the second destroyed wall

He spews word vomit, confuses the proprietor, jumps out the window and leaves

Durnivir wakes up, is immediately cut off and given food.

The party speaks with the halfling (Hoffee), and he'll join us dealing with the sewer dwellers

B'Rock is curled up outside Gralys' house

The party heads to the manhole cover to begin the raid

B'Rock heads back to Gralys to find the party

Katerina heads to the armoury to find B'Rock

They miss each other

The party stakes out the manhole cover while waiting for the others to show up

B'Rock spots some traps

He decides it's not a trap and walks into it

Slips in some oil, a fire erupts on the oil

Katerina also gets fired

Con saves for the group, very stinky

We continue, now with Katerina leading the party and looking for traps

We end up at a dead-end

Durnivir runs head first at the wall, thinking it's an illusion

It's not, he bounces off

He runs at it again deliberately, breaks down the wall

As we enter a tunnel, there's an automated cleaning procedure

At the end of the tunnel is a huge chamber, 200+ft diameter

13 other tunnels, 14 in total along the sides of the chamber

We see movement

Rats, swarms of rats, and two people

We enter initiative

One of the men turns ratlike

We fight a little bit, then end the session
