We awaken in the middle of the night for the raid on the griffons
The coming slope is walkable instead of needing to climb
We head up the cliff towards where we saw the glint

Katerina fires a grappling rope arrow, 80 foot up
With a 50 foot rope attached
Vanedir climbs up the 30 foot, attaches more rope, and gets to the top of rope
First natural ledge of two
A second natural ledge can be seen from here, with the cries of griffon babies audible from there
A griffon flies at vanedir, scraping against the side of the cliff, but misses

B'Rock transforms into a giant wolfspider, begins climbing
Takes a claw attack from the griffon flying by
Mahala misses a shot, Katerina hits one, B'Rock bites as it flies past

Durnivir starts climbing the rope, gets 70ft up, then jumps off to try to mount the griffon
Fails spectacularly, then jabs a javelin into the cliff face and saves himself

Durnivir climbs back up the rope
Vanedir starts making a din, bashing his shield and sword together to try to attract the griffon
Griffon comes in for the attack from above
Durnivir manages to hit it with an axe, severing a wing, B'Rock misses with a bite

The Griffon crashes into Vanedir, taking them both off the cliff
We both land onto Mahala, Katerina successfully saves herself and Leo the dog
The griffon dies on impact
Mahala and Vanedir both on 2HP
Vanedir immediately heals with lay on hands and a potion
Offers another potion to Mahala
