Katerina keeps track of the werewolf that escaped thanks to Hunter&amp;#039;s Mark&lt;br /&gt;
He&amp;#039;s travelled through the sewers, stopped in one place for a little while, leaving torn clothes and a larger pool of blood - an attempt at staunching the wound and trying to bandage himself&lt;br /&gt;
We continue on, following the trail for another 11 minutes, we come to a ladder, which we attempt to climb it quietly&lt;br /&gt;
Whopping 4, 6, 9, and 10 on stealth from the party.&lt;br /&gt;
There&amp;#039;s a dumpster left on the manhole cover as we exit, which Vanedir manages to shove off the top of the manhole cover from inside the sewer&lt;br /&gt;
In the alley we emerge from, one end is a busy street, with masts of ships being visible so we&amp;#039;re near the harbour, somewhere around the eastern side. The other end of the alley leads to intercrossing backalleys.&lt;br /&gt;
Many homeless nearby&lt;br /&gt;
Katerina asks one for directions, and pays them for such&lt;br /&gt;
This draws the attention of all the other homeless hungry people&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir thinks to bring him with us so a homeless bloodbath doesn&amp;#039;t start in the backalleys&lt;br /&gt;
But others start wanting money from us too&lt;br /&gt;
There&amp;#039;s a ship called the flying sparrow nearby says one of the homeless&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir: &amp;quot;I know the captain! He&amp;#039;s got jobs for all of you! He&amp;#039;s called captain briggs!&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
More start following us&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir throws some coins into the masses, and starts a brawl amongst the majority of them&lt;br /&gt;
As we go further, Katerina offers the beggar some water, he starts chugging it and choking on it&lt;br /&gt;
We exit out into a large street, with lots of closed stores, largely bought out by &amp;quot;PTO&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
	PTO was mentioned on the dodgy contracts found in the bandit cave in session 5&lt;br /&gt;
We pick back up on the trail on the street, there are small blood droplets and traces of sewage-y footsteps; the trail leads us further to the east side of the city.&lt;br /&gt;
As we follow the trail, Katerina loses hunter&amp;#039;s mark, but Calcifer&amp;#039;s still up.&lt;br /&gt;
This suggests that he&amp;#039;s dead or the spell has been dispelled.&lt;br /&gt;
We send Hoffi off to the guard post with an imprint of the special badges to get Charles &amp;amp; the Nealonus guards&lt;br /&gt;
We continue following the trail, we find a tavern down an alley called the Monster Mash.&lt;br /&gt;
The trail goes down the side, slightly around the back of the tavern, at which we find a body with someone crouching by it.&lt;br /&gt;
The body has had its head flattened, but it&amp;#039;s charred and covered in warped plate armour&lt;br /&gt;
The figure knelt over it is hooded, with black leather gloves, nice plate armour&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir decides to walk past the mysterious stranger that appears to have crushed the skull of the werewolf&lt;br /&gt;
Gets attacked and smacked for all but one of his HP by a Maul - the homeless man is dead&lt;br /&gt;
The weapon appears to have the glow of a magical smite&lt;br /&gt;
A tall man, over 6 ft, scaled, black plate, scarred.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We roll initiative.&lt;br /&gt;
Vanedir drags Durnivir back, apologizes for approaching, hoping to diffuse the situation&lt;br /&gt;
Tarloc? Swings his maul at Durnivir, missing once, then smashing the dwarf into the tavern, unconscious&lt;br /&gt;
We see anger on his face, and feel a pulse - B&amp;#039;Rock and Katerina save, but Vanedir fails and is frightened.&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir dreams of when he was a boy in a courtroom in Kethomis&lt;br /&gt;
Seeing all the jewels his parents&amp;#039; company had mined&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vanedir takes two mighty blows before going down.&lt;br /&gt;
Katerina takes a critical, sending her flying down the alley.&lt;br /&gt;
As she passes out, she hears shouting, asking &amp;quot;what&amp;#039;s going on&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;get them out of there&amp;quot;, etc&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We later wake up, heavily bandaged, strewn up in a bright white room&lt;br /&gt;
In hospital beds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
WE FINALLY LEVEL UP AT LAST&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vanedir is the first to awake, looks around&lt;br /&gt;
B&amp;#039;Rock has had the front of his shell slightly cracked.&lt;br /&gt;
Katerina has an arm in a cast, more bandaging on her right side&lt;br /&gt;
Durnivir has half of his face bandaged, his right side too.&lt;br /&gt;
Vanedir has a cracked sternum.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hoffi is with us, sees us awaken, goes to grab the doctor.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
B&amp;#039;Rock immediately summons Calcifer, nearly incinerating all of us and the doctor.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We were found brutalized in the alley, the patrons of the tavern stabilized us.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vanedir has lost:&lt;br /&gt;
	The mundane ring and resealed letters from the burrow&lt;br /&gt;
	The translated diary&lt;br /&gt;
	The nealonus badges&lt;br /&gt;
	The statuette from the bandit den&lt;br /&gt;
	&lt;br /&gt;
It will take another 24 hours to heal fully, though we&amp;#039;ll be scarred.&lt;br /&gt;
The hospital is in the northeast of the city.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We&amp;#039;ve been unconscious for 4 days, Hoffi has been doing his own thing.&lt;br /&gt;
